What can a 3-Hour Block cover?

The 3-hour block is ideal for support with one tenant file and basic legal help, like filing an LTB application, preparing evidence, and getting strategy tips. It includes updates and one hearing.

What's the difference between the 3-hour and 12-hour block?

The 3-hour block is for simple tasks, while the 12-hour block offers full legal case coverage at $75/hour — including multiple tenant files or more complex cases.

Can I use the hours across different tenants?

Yes, hours can be used for any tenant file in your LandlordEzy account. Perfect for property managers with multiple units.

What happens if I run out of time mid-case?

You'll be notified when your time is low and can easily top up from your dashboard.

Can I see how much time is being used?

Yes, your dashboard shows time used/remaining, task updates, paralegal notes, and document history.

Who provides the legal services?

Landlord Pro Legal SPC, a licensed Ontario paralegal firm. LandlordEzy is a tech platform, not a legal firm.

Do I need to be a paid member to access legal blocks?

Yes. Legal support is available only to paid LandlordEzy members.

Is there a refund if I don't use all my time?

No refunds, but your unused hours never expire. Use them later for other issues.

Can I switch to unlimited legal help instead?

Yes. Upgrade to the Legal Help for Landlords plan for unlimited paralegal support at a flat monthly rate.

Will a 12-Hour Block cover my whole case?

Usually yes — unless your case is unusually complex. It covers notices, applications, hearings, and follow-ups.

Is there a guarantee if the paralegal makes a mistake?

Yes. If a paralegal error causes you to lose, you get a full refund plus your next eviction handled for free.
